Independent Stylists & Commissions
We are a salon that works with commission-based and independent stylists. Please note that some
stylists may have their own policies, which you are encouraged to review before booking your
appointment. If you are requesting a redo or adjustment to your hair color, please contact your stylist directly first. They will do everything possible to schedule a time to assess the issue and provide any necessary corrections.
Booking
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to
your service total. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Deposits can be
paid by cash, Zelle. Contact your stylist directly for deposit.
NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT
Arrival
Please be on time and respectful of our time and the next client's. If you're running late, call us
immediately at (678) 971 4350. You have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your
appointment may be canceled.
NO EXTRA GUESTS
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once and your deposit will be credited to your new appointment. If you
reschedule more than twice, a new deposit will be required. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
24-Hour Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $100 charge for color
services. The $50 deposit is still non-refundable.
If your appointment is on a Tuesday, please notify us by Saturday before close of business, as we
are closed Sundays and Mondays.
No-shows for color appointments will be charged $200.
General Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposits are
non-refundable.
Redos
If you're not happy with your results, please call the salon. We offer adjustments or small fixes within 7 days of your appointment. This courtesy does not apply if you've simply changed your mind or are attempting to receive services for free. If your request is reasonable, we will happily correct any issue.
NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED SERVICES.
Fees
A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments. To avoid this fee, we recommend paying by cash
or Zelle. For you convenience we accept: CASH, ZELLE, APPLE PAY, and CARD.
